Collaborative working is generally between one or more pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations and possibly other organisations, which may include the third sector or social enterprises. It must have, and be able to demonstrate, the pooling of skills, experience and/or resources from all the parties involved. There must be a shared commitment to successful delivery from everyone involved and each organisation must make a significant contribution.
Gedeon Richter UK’s aspirations are to explore potential areas of common ground with UK healthcare organisations* or other organisations with a view to plan and implement partnerships. This being through the pooling of skills and resources to structure a series of time related milestones that illustrate improvements in healthcare system outcomes.
We ensure that all projects operate in a manner aligned to the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) code and with that, continue to work alongside the regulator of the pharmaceutical industry, the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA), to ensure all our work is transparent and enhances patient care.
The following examples, accessed through this link, illustrate Collaborative Working Projects in which Gedeon Richter are actively working with healthcare organisations to realise these benefits.
