Celebrating 120 years in the service of healthcare

Starting from a small pharmacy in 1901, pharmacist Gedeon Richter established the foundations of not only his own company, but also the entire Hungarian pharmaceutical industry.

With its iconic appearance, advanced technical and sustainability solutions, the new central office building reflects Gedeon Richter Plc.'s international stature. From now on, it will serve the management of the company's operations in Hungary and approximately 50 other countries.

Richter agreed to acquire certain assets from Mithra Pharmaceuticals

Gedeon Richter Plc. (“Richter”) announces today that it has successfully concluded the negotiations and agreed to acquire certain assets from Mithra Pharmaceuticals SA (“Mithra”) and from its subsidiary Mithra Recherche et Développement SA (”Mithra R&D”) in Belgium.
